Unfiltered straw and cloudy, with fairly minimal head. Bright aromatics, lemon, lacto tartness, joined by some light brett funk, peach, and lime. The flavor profile on the palate has a bit more funk and less citrus, though it is still relatively tart for a saison thanks to the mixed culture. Cherry sweetness and cantaloupe near the finish, with light honey and floral characters.

Clear bubbly straw gold with a fizzy white collar. Smells of wildflowers, tart cherry, lacto, paired wild yeast and fruity funk, supporting lemon, brett, and oak. Taste is the smell but deeper in intensity, add honey comb and hay, yet is so bright and delicate. Refreshingly tart, oaky, slightly wild not spon level, and finishes decently dry considering. Perfect for this spring time weather!
