Nothing very much like the tradition and twist, so if you didn't like that one give this a try! Part of it is the red wine barrel takes better to the yeast in the taste especially: lemon juice, papaya, and melon notes all there, but watch out for that finish! Hello acid! Smell is more barrel and botanical friendly, oak and flowers are bright in particular. Feel is acidic and sour on the finish, before this it is more vinous and wild, carbonation is high. Careful when opening, this one is carbonated. Appearance is bubbly and cloudy straw yellow with a sudsy white head. Like the original tradition and twist more, but I am along for the ride for the series, both good quality

Bright gold with sharp clarity, ample foam with drippy arcs of lacing. Floral herbal aroma, fruity acidity, slight funk. Taste is bracingly sour, straight lemon juice in all it’s enamel-stripping glory. Some mild botanical notes, but this is like Le Terroir with the acid turned up to 11. Light bodied, effervescent carb, mouth-cavingly acidic. Overall it’s pretty potent and a slow sipper for me. The slight tropical edge from the Mouteka is nice, but the acid becomes overwhelming.
