Murky orange body with a sudsy white collar and webbing. Black currant, lemon curd, lime, pear and floral wild yeast, all backed by sour yet somewhat musky oak. Taste just pops with the sweet currant through waves of lemon, lime, pear and a kiss of hibiscus. Sour oak, wild yeast, flowers, lighthearted funk, and hints of mulled berries and as it warms, minerals, support. Feel is sour yet has only a very light cumulative acidic, bright almost juicy before finishing oaky and dry. Very drinkable, carbonation is a little high. The best mead barrel AT yet, sneaky complex
