Mostly clear golden bubble pour with a white collar. Smell has the adjunct fruits in an accenting role to the oak and lemon peel, with wild yeast and flowers supporting. I was a bit nervous given gooseberry in past AT beers, but this it works wonderfully, brightening up through the sip with the currant as a complimentary guide, lemon zest, flowers, huge oak, slight vanillins, and a playful and bright funk all present to varying degrees. Not bursting with fruit as the name may imply, but rather a solid unit al together as a beer. Feel is bright, light, highly carbonated, oaky, and zesty.
