This was our regular recipe for Afterthought Ale but aged in oak rather than being strictly stainless-fermented. After it left the barrel, we dry-hopped it with Cascade and Cashmere hops.

Cloudy bright yellow with two fingers of pearl white foam. Smells of lemon, melon rind, minerals, and sneaky hoppy. Taste has a huge bretty and hoppy aftertaste that just runs away with this beer, wow. Before then lemon curd, melon rind, minerals, oak, and flowers. Feel is lightly tart, hoppy, bretty, and bright, but again balance needs some tweaking, dries out the mouth instantly.
