Bubbly golden body with a pearl white cap. Rhubarb indeed leads the nose with elements of lemon juice, candied orange zest, subtle funk and wheat, and big oak. Taste is much the same, with the rhubarb and lemon running wild in a good way, lifting the whole beer with it. Grass, more wood, wheat, funk, orange zest, peach, and pineapple all support in the background. Feel is decently tart but gets stronger as it warms, bright, light and smooth with some funk intermittently. Feel more like an elevated rhubarb sour than anything
