A version of Rafters brewed with Sugar Creek Wind Malt and then re-fermented with 2 pounds per gallon of peaches. Fruity with a good dose of underlying funk from the Rafters base.

I have had 135 afterthought beers to date, and this one might be my favorite! Cloudy yellow body with a billowing white head and decent lacing. Big funk, oak, peach, and citrus zest nose. Taste adds grapefruit pith, peach depth, great funk and wild yeast combo, there is a hint of herbal medicine as it warms. Feel is wet then dry with an elevated sourness, bright and complex. A more elegant and more complex version of peche n brett
