Saison Meer fermented and aged in a single oak barrel and then bottle conditioned with barrel-aged honey from a distillery in Michigan.

Semi-cloudy yellow body with two fingers of pearl white foam. Hay, funk, citrus hops, meet honey, wild yeast and lemon zest in the nose, nice balance. This balance continue in the taste as well but without the hop bitters and add in bright oak, honey draws out floral, citrus and AT wild culture in a rewarding way. Feel is bright, sour, light but medium thickness.
