Oak-aged blonde saison that then received a total of 2-2.5 pounds per gallon of cherries and elderberries using an equal ratio of those fruits. This one unintentionally ended up with a relatively-low dose of carbonation, though after some time in the bottle I think I prefer it this way as it really helps to display the fruit and bring out the vinous character of the resulting beer.

Dark purple opaque pour, white ring. Smell and taste are clones: cherry and elderberry dominate but are so fresh and pleasantly sour with only a slight lingering acidity, slight elevation from the wine barrel and yeast. Slight red fruit notes support. Artful despite not being the most complex
