Saison brewed with Enigma hops and fermented with our house culture in a blueberry mead barrel from Pips Meadery and then aged with cherries, currants, and gooseberries from Nichols Farm & Orchard (Marengo, IL).

Peachy orange murky body with a white cap. Brett and gooseberry bond right away in nose, contrasting cherry, blueberry, peach and currant play second fiddle nicely. In the taste all of those fruits are second fiddle to no one with passion fruit and lychee added, brett, faint hay, oak, and wild funk support now. Feel is sneaky dry with solid brett and funk, as well as sour, light and has a kiss of acidity. Please keep the H&F series going!
