Saison Meer: Lilac (Gin Barrel Aged)

Cloudy golden body with orange tinting, pinky finger of white foam. Lemon, oak, gin, honeycomb, and big lilac nose, springy overall. Taste adds slight beet up front, big orange peel, lemon verbena, gin barrel brings grapefruit into the picture, bright oak just sits on the palate until the very end where the lilac blossoms fully. Feel is bright, sour, thinner, oaky way more than floral until very end where it blossoms. Surprisingly my least favorite of the lilac meers. Still very good but the others were great
