A twist on the original batch, this version started its life as a Kolsch before it was transferred to a secondary fermenter with our house culture and barrel-aged honey.

So I guess this makes this W.G. fourth act? Get is second, second act. Anyways. Really nice porch sipper here: light, playfully sour medium-light body with decent crispness and oak under layers. Kolsch yeast kicks through the sour lemon, lime pith, orange peel, apricot, honey, with the house culture, flowers, and bright oak supporting, really pleasant. Nose is way more funky, but simpler otherwise. Cloudy bright yellow body with a finger of white foam. A complex yet delicate beauty
