Cloudy bright yet somewhat pale yellow body with a white head. Oak backed citrus, tropical fruit, mild funk, and flowers make up the nose. Taste is a more delicate afterthought ale but with full citrus and tropical fruit. Guava and grapefruit stand out in particular with orange peel. The wild yeast, barrel funk, oak and subtle whispers of honeycomb linger. Nice feel but not the most complex beyond sour fruit and gentle wild yeast, but don’t care given how easy drinking it is.
