Saison Meer: Dandelion (Unblended Gin Barrel)

Pour murky yellow with a white head and spotted lacing. Nose hits hard with both the botanical nature of the danelion but also the honeyed gin, with supporting lemon, grapefruit, faint dry funk, and a whisper of minerality. Taste is not boozy per se, but barrel is much stronger than previous iterations, wild funk steps it up here accompanying oak and floral/botanical notes. Feel is large and weightier for afterthought, still bright, wild and smooth. Prefer the orignal but this was still very enjoyable
