The return of an old favorite with a new set of dry hops. This one was over a year in the making including an extended slumber in a Sauvignon Blanc barrel. Following its time in the barrel, this one was dry-hopped with Cashmere, Citra, and Ekuanot at a rate of 2lb/bbl.

Pale yellow murky body with a finger of pearl white foam and splotches of lacing. The barrel is so nice in this one, probably my favorite in the "ale" series. Nose has orange, grass, big hay, strong barrel funk, strong belgian yeast, with barrel being omnipresent with fine bright oak and vinous notes. Taste is same but with grapefruit and slight kiwi instead of orange leading, orange is a light peel now in the background. Mouthfeel is playfully sour with dry yeast, funk and hop bite on finish, well balanced but is bright and light
