Cellared a year. Murky orangey yellow body with a finger of white foam, spotted lacing. Smells very strongly of gin, followed by peach and lemon, finished with house culture, mild barnyard funk, and oak. Taste starts with a beautiful balance of apple, peach, lemon, funk and wild yeast, then gin with rustic oak crash the party, huge gin by the finish. The feel never gets hot though, more so dry, funky, and slightly sour
