There is SO much happening here yet it maintains a delicate and medium body with good tartness and each barrel represented in the feel, impressive. Pours cloudy magenta with a pinkish cap. Nose features big oak, chardonay barrel, various tart berrues, currant, and brown sugar booziness from the whiskey barrel with a pine gin twinge lingering with a hint of beet and mint. A lot, and seems to go in and out of complimentary relationships and clashing ones. Taste however is a complex vortex of flavor: all the barrels are there, depending on the sip is which one is starring, tart berries, currant both red and black, flowers, wild yeast, mild funk given the booze flavorings being strong, sweeter finish with a hint of molasses, mead, more berries, honey and watermelon. Very complex yet pleasing, enjoy the voyage as it warms!
