Half of the initial batch of Faible: Whole Cone was fermented atop the spent peaches from A Breeze Through the Rafters and we're excited to share the resulting beer. While it's one per member, we did package a couple kegs, so you'll also be able to try it on draft in the near future if you'd like to see how bottles further develop.

Clear bubbling yellow pour with a white cap that settles into a collar. Big barnyard and barrel funk to go with peach that is skin forward, lime, leafy hops, pressed flowers, and wild yeast. Taste starts with the hop bitters and funk but neither are too powerful, sour and slightly acidic peach, lime, pear, and very faint passion fruit and lemon emerge out of the front tones, yeast rounds out lightly. Feel is more acidic and bitter than most afterthoughts, obviously hoppier too, dries out through the sip, complex in a delicate way.
