This & That (Gin Barrel Aged)

I had this right after the AT house culture This and That, so I was very concerned. Cloudy yellow body with white head and spotted lacing again is pleasant. Smell features very sour lemon with big gin barrel with bright oak backing, honey, and mild brett and hops, kind of muted. Taste has the starring sour lemon take on an acetone flavor to it, hops are all the sudden strong the cut into the barrel depth, yeast is a dull blanket cast over it all. Feel is shaped most by the barrel, which like the taste, continues to brighten up the profile, hops again are out of place though, almost green
