Saison style ale aged in multiple gin barrels.
This time we used gin barrels that were more floral and citrus forward while still retaining some beautiful oak character.

They did it again! Smells of gin, grapefruit, lemon, the afterthought house yeast, big funk, slight lacto, bright oak. Taste is much the same, but very citrus forward, but has all of the hallmarks of the nose. Bright, playfully sour with gin cutting in, backed by oak, dries out. Incredibly flavorful and potent while being so clean.
