355ml can poured into tulip.
Pours a bright gold with one plump finger of dirty white head that leaves some African Savannah lace as it recedes.
Smells of zesty citrus, rising bread dough, pineapple chunks, nectarine slices, cut flowers and soft pine needles.
Tastes of bready malt, sugared pink grapefruit, more pineapple and nectarine, orange rind and more flowery, piney hops.
Feels light and peppy. Light bodied with zippy carbonation. Finishes off-dry.
Verdict: Recommended. I'll try to buy some of this when the weather is a bit more appropriate.

1L howler from the good ol' Sherbrooke Liquor store. I'd never heard of this nascent Cowtown brewing concern before - man, they're popping up all the time now!
This beer pours a clear, medium golden yellow colour, with four fingers of puffy, loosely foamy, and bubbly off-white head, which leaves some decent splotchy and chunky lace around the glass as it slowly seeps away.
It smells of gritty and grainy pale malt, muddled tropical fruit, further blood orange and white grapefruit notes, a hint of spicy yeastiness, and some plain leafy, herbal, and floral green hop bitters. The taste is bready and crackery pale malt, some lemon, generic grapefruit, and orange rind, a touch of candy sugar, and more weedy, leafy, and grassy verdant hoppiness.
The carbonation is average in its structurally sound frothiness, the body a solid middleweight, and mostly smooth, but for a suggestion of random hop acridity stumbling just a bit too clumsily through the tulips here. It finishes off-dry, the malt and attendant fruitiness showing some lasting legs.
Overall, this is a pleasant enough first contact for this brewery - an easy-drinking pale ale, with a hop schedule that pulls no punches, yet doesn't punch you in the throat, either. Ok, no punches. Anyways, good, simple stuff, which is not a bad way to go when you're first starting out, IMHO.
