355ml can poured into kitchen pint.
Pours a clear pale yellow with one finger of rocky white head that leaves some splashing lace as it recedes.
Smells of lightly toasted white bread, grainy rice, apple peels, lager yeast and cut grass.
Tastes of rice crackers, bready pale malt, more subdued pomme fruit notes, spicy yeast and leafy, grassy hops.
Feels light and mild. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Finishes dry.
Verdict: Recommended. A decent and enjoyable thirst-quencher.

Can purchased and drank at Where the Buffalo Roam in Canmore, Alberta.
This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like toasted rice and toasted malt, a touch of fruitiness, white bread, and lemon.
I really wish more craft breweries did rice lagers. This came out well, with a unique sweetness and pleasant toastiness. There’s a touch of lemony and bready sweetness, and some distinct rice-like notes.
This is light bodied, clean, and very crisp.
I really enjoyed this one, and wish I could have more craft rice lagers.
