Massive amounts of Mosaic and Azacca hops, with the idea of Brut Champagne in mind. This ale is very dry, clear & effervescent. Citrus fruit in the aroma with slight pine.

Pours a very light gold. Looks like champagne with a finger of white bubbly head. Nose is citrus, pine, and a light hop bitterness. Taste follows suit with a very effervescent and crisp feel. Overall, good.
