Pours an oily fully opaque black with a thin very dark ring of bubbles. Nose is rye whiskey, chocolate, oak, vanilla, some bitter coffee, and a sweet malt undertone. Taste follows suit with a smooth whiskey finish. Feel is full and chewy with an oily mouth coating property. Overall; a very well done barrel aged stout.
