Having this beer on tap at the Brewery at the Euclid location. Served in a stange glass, this beer draws a clear medium amber/copper color with some streams of little bubbles rapidly and continuously rising to the beer’s surface. Has a white head that’s about 1/4 of an inch thick when first drawn and served along with some nice cluster swirls of film layer surface foam and actually lacing lining the inside of the glass. Aromas of some toasted, slightly zesty, bready malts along with some spice and fruit notes. A bit of plum, red delicious apple, and figs and dates are present Along with some floral, herbal, slightly earthy, just ever so slightly piney hop notes. The flavor profile is pretty much exactly the same as then aroma, with all the aforementioned things also being present in the flavor profile. All of the flavors are quite nicely balanced.
