We brewed a Belgian Patersbier with our friends over at The Brew Kettle. Patersbier is milder in alcohol than a dubbel or tripel, Patersbier (“Father’s beer”) was traditionally brewed by monks to enjoy within the walls of their abbey, while they worked away at brewing their famous strong ales.
