Comes out a nice cloudy light gold in a smooth handled half-liter mug. 2.5 fingered white contoured head that lingers long and leaves ample lace. The nose is malty, and just a little bit sour. The mouth is evenly carbonated and fairly heavy with malts. The taste starts off malty smooth with an undertone of quite pleasant citrus sourness. This brew is very mildly hopped, but there is enough to notice. The aftertaste retains this ever so slight bitterness mingled in with all that malt. The hoppiness came out even stronger as the beer warmed. Definitely nice and refreshing.
