The combination of flavors in Cashmere Hop Tart present themselves in such a manner that this beer drinks like a lemon lime sorbet. Upfront pineapple is quickly followed by bright citrus flavors of lemon and lime. Bitterness or harshness is no where to be found from start to tart, just a smooth sour that is fruity all the way through
