Crisp, simple, authentic. We strive to make this Helles as traditional as possible. We try not to overdo the hop profile but make it complement the rich malt bill. For this we utilize Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertau Mittlefruh.

Served in a stemmed Pilsner glass at the brewery.
A: Not quite clear golden with 1-finger white frothy head with sturdy lines of lacing.
S: Bready pils malt, lightly toasty, with nice kiss of herbal, slightly spicy noble hop character.
T: Flavor is exceptional with delicious malt-forward bready pils maltiness with a toasty edge countered with healthy noble hop shots of spice and herbal notes with low-medium bitterness. Clean and easy to drink.
M: Light but not water or thin with high carbonation that aids the crisp, dry finish.
O: Daydream is diamond in the rough - an unsuspecting brewery with a beautiful, expert helles. Highly recommended.
