Finest Hour is the final collab at our Market Brewery and was made with our friends from Tailgunner. Instead of the obvious lager we made a hoppy English-inspired ale. Made with late addition whole leaf Golding hops this beer is deep gold in color, with a delightful hop and malt balance, and a dry, crisp finish.

Called a "Hoppy English Ale" on the can (though Blind Enthusiasm traditionally has avoided hanging style labels on their beer). Untappd calls it an IPA - other - so English IPA seems to fit.
Pours a slightly less than clear (?chill hazed) bronzey orange golden colour with a half finger of bubbly tawny head - appears still after head fades.
Nose at the outset is bready, citrus/fruity - orange marmalade; notes of apricot. As warms a bit floral and almost a touch funky.
Tastes floral and a bit fruity - again some bready malt; fruitcake with some spicy orange peel like bitterness with an earthy kick.
Bright medium mouthfeel with creamy, bubbly carbonation belying the appearance, with a sweet side of bittersweet residual.
Quite drinkable, but seemingly a bit muddled.
