Printer's Ale Manufacturing Company

Trekked from Atlanta on a beautiful winter afternoon. I came with certain expectations for a brewery in a rural GA college town, so I was quite surprised to pull up and see a bunch of minivans in the parking lot. Families come here: parents brought park games for their kids to make use of the field outside the brewery. The brewery itself is in an unassuming warehouse and pretty bland in the decor dept.; no food but on this occasion a taco truck was in the parking lot. Large variety of beers, from light German style ales to IPAs and sours. I was not particularly impressed by the Pilsner but the rye roggenbock was delicious. Overall a pretty cool place: tough to justify a trip from Atlanta given other options in the city, but if you’re in west Georgia it’s absolutely worth a visit.
