Lovely pile of white foam in the top-heavy Stout glass. Clear yellow color. Crisp and sudsy on the tongue. Aromas of pine and papaya. Peach and resiny hop flavors. Mellow with a touch of sweetness balanced by a tangy note, though it's pleasantly not so acidic. Lingering fruity taste invites another gulp.
Hops are listed as Amarillo, Mosaic, and Simcoe. Highly quaffable fragrant hoppy brew. Bold flavored but light in body and enlivened by the lush, forthy mouthfeel. From the 12 oz can delivered from the brewery.
