Pours a clear yellow with a tall pile of foam in the Zunft Kölsch glass. Inviting aroma of citrus. Mouthfeel is smooth and lively. The initial taste is orange, lime peel, a hint of grapefruit. Brewed with some rice in addition to the malt. Quite a pleasant and distinctive hoppy brew with just a touch of malty sweetness. Plenty bitter but in keeping with the lighter, smoother style. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea's Brewing up the coast. NIce label— the Fall black cat meets the Plague, um, creature.
