Appearance - Pours a straw colour with two fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - saaz hops, grains, grassy malts, hay.
Taste - Saaz hops upfront followed by the grassy malts. The grains and hay round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes crisp and dry with a balance of lingering saaz hop bitterness and malty sweetness.
Overall - A well executed and refreshing Czech Pilsner. The flavours are spot on for the style. The saaz hops and grassy malts are nicely balanced with not one of the ingredients take precedence.
