Appearance - Pours a clear apple juice gold with one finger of white head that fades quickly.
Smell - Tropical and citrus fruits (pineapple, orange, lemon, lime), grainy malts, leafy hops, touch of oats, sour yeast.
Taste - Sour tang of pineapple, orange, lime, lemon, hint of passionfruit, followed by a touch of leafy hop bitterness and finishing with a biscuity/grainy malt finish.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth and dry finish.
Overall - A decent sour beer for the summer, but it isn't particularly remarkable in it's appearance or taste. A good patio refresher.
