Heritage Brewing at Market Common

 

This taproom - the beers are brewed offsite - is conveniently located between Wilson and Clarendon near the Clarendon Metro station. It is a moderate size venue with a good sized bar on the left and several tables and booths scattered about. During my visit, they were offering about eight drafts, which include a good selection of styles. I really enjoyed their Sovereign Stout, but most of them were pretty decent. Add to this, some hearty food (Yummy Shepherd Pie) and attentive service and you'll have a good time here. They also roast coffee, which is another plus. It's close to Galaxy Hut (See My Review).

Very cool place to hang out. The inside is nicely done and the location is phenomenal. The beers are solid but not spectacular. The food was very good though.

 

 

The brewery is just a tap room for their main brewery in Manassas, and occupies a small space in Ballston (which is a great area). They had a few selection.
