This rye-based IPA has a decent dosing of hops, but they are countered with a heavy malt load, and the result is an extremely well balanced, light-amber colored IPA with a nice malty flavor, balanced bitterness, and the spicy/peppery aroma and flavor that rye beers are known for.
Malts & Grains: Un-malted rye, 2 row, munich and caramel and a little unmalted triticale.
Hops: Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe.
