A hazy, juicy IPA with the aroma of a hopped up IPA, but without the harsh bite. Loaded with hops with citrus and tropical fruit flavors. Mouth feel is full bodied and creamy.

A fairly floral aroma. Tasted like a pretty standard pale ale when cold, but the bitterness mellowed and the orange flavors were enhanced as the beer warmed.

After having their remarkable "Lavender Uprising" IPA, I was a bit let down by this guy. It's a tasty beer, but it is truly nothing remarkable. It bears a feel of something almost Belgian, with a certain dryness & darkness that's almost lager-esque. Not very tropical, juicy, or citrusy at all, according to my own taste buds.

This is a solid NE IPA, but not the best in their line up. A previous visit left me with a better opinion o f the beer as that batch seemed more full bodied and sweeter.

Pours a hazy golden straw color with a white head. Smell is fruity ,dank and tropical. Taste was nicely tropical with nome garden notes on earth, and weed/onion, some malts in the finish. A soft mouth feel with low bitterness and juicy hops.

After a lovely temperate evening of baseball (we got our asses handed to us), time to crack open a 750ML crowler. Split with my wife.
The pour is classic (can something be a classic when it’s been around for six weeks?) orange juice. The nose is general fruit, scallions. An odd pairing.
Minute Man NE IPA is odd all over. This is the first NE IPA that I’ve had that combines, intentionally or not, earthiness & fruit. There’s a strong overture melon that’s been rolled in good black farm dirt, along with a moderate stab of bitterness. Very dry on the finish. Goes down the pipes easily, too.
Nothing special, but a pretty good effort. Looking forward to trying other intoxicating beverages from this newer brewery.

Poured from crowler into glass. Marked on label is 'CANNED ON 6/20(2018)'.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Brilliant white head upon pouring, which reduces to thin cap and ring. Some sheets of lacing left behind.
Mango, orange, grapefruit, and pear in the aroma. Quite a bit of onion/garlic. Some light malt.
Taste is twangy with mango and orange. Light bready malt. Still has the onion/garlic component. No bitterness.
Slightly slurpy, medium thick mouth feel. A little dry. Okay carbonation.
Does not have the juicy aroma or taste, nor the pillowy mouth feel of a NEIPA. Also the appearance is not turbid enough. This is soft feeling, easy drinking IPA, with some hints of a NEIPA. Difficult to avoid the onion aroma/taste aspect.

L: looks like a glass of fresh squeezed, unfiltered orange juice, pouring hazy gold under a 2" white foam cap with good retention
S: smells of tropical fruit, plum, pear, some light biscuit to short bread, a mild sweetness and a trace of onion
T: flavors start creamy, fruity, mildly sweet supported by light biscuit and finish pithy and moderately bitter
F: has a creamy, juicy medium full body and medium carbonation
O: well balanced NE IPA earns points for not going over the top in any direction, resulting in a flavorful, enjoyable and very drinkable beer
