L: bright yellow gold under a lacy 1" cap with fair retention
S: Equally intense, moderate clove and banana aromas, low wheat not hop aromas.
T: Mildly sweet, clean moderate banana and clove flavors, medium low malt, low hops.
F: Medium light body and medium high carbonation. The texture is a little thin and not creamy.
O: this is a hefeweizen without the hefe. It is a decent, refreshing kristal weiss.
