Visited on 3/30/23.
In the heart of Texas Hill Country/wine country on route 290. After stopping at Becker winery, we stopped at this large establishment. Very impressive from the outside. For seating, you can choose either formal full service dining, or bar type appetizer seating. Selections run from classic German lagers to a few stout/porters to two IPAs.
Service and servers were very helpful, friendly and wanted to work! How refreshing! General manager even stopped by our table to greet us and share some of the history of the brewery.

It was too hot for sitting outside the day we visited, but found comfortable seating in the large beer hall. Other areas were a little crowded but the beer hall was comfortable and open.
They stick to traditional German style beers (mostly lagers) and while nothing was exceptional they do a solid job with most. Food was what you would expect and again solid, but not outstanding.
We stopped at the on-site tractor museum on the way out and loved it. They serve beer at the museum too and we would have stayed there the whole time had we known.
