Copenhagen 16/12 2018. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. Green version of Ebeltofts usual design with a small Coat of Arms and red rectancular fields with a lot of text. Tag Line is “Opfundet i Himlen” (made up in Heaven).
Pours hazy golden yellow with medium-sized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam just managing to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the side of the beer. Moderate Lacing.
Aroma is fresh, fruity and citric. Sweet odor of exotic fruit like peach, sweet melon and mango. Stronger citric odor of Grape fruit and citrus. Acerbic.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, Soft texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter land lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish.
Solid IPA with a good bitterness without going to extremes.

330 ml bottle, from Lorentsens Vinforsyning, Ebeltoft. ABV is 6.1%. Clear golden colour, large white head. Pleasant floral and fruity aroma, some yeasty notes. Fizzy mouthfeel. Flavour of malts with a hint of caramel, distinct grapefruity hops, good bitterness.
