Copenhagen 12/7 2022. 33 cl bottle from Mikkeller web-shop. Sold under their Save the Beer campaign so a bit over the "best before date". Beige label in Ebeltoft's usual design with four ancient, golden seals.
Pours unclear, golden amber with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, almost transparent, flimsy, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with a light grainy sourness. Sweet pale malts, bread, cereal. Whiff of citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Malty, grainy and fairly intense.

330 ml bottle, from Hos Walter, Ebeltoft. ABV is 5.8%. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Moderate aroma of malts and herbal German hops. Soft mouthfeel. Good malty flavour, with distinct bittering hops in the finish. Refreshing.
