Copenhagen 13/8 2023. 33 cl bottle from Mad & Vin, Magasin, Kbh. K. Green label with a crude drawing of a golden Skull decorated Mexican style.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of malts mingling with Stone fruits. Tart citric notes. Toffee and caramel. Peach. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a fairly strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Dry and acerbic.
