Copenhagen 20/11 2018. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Alle, Frb. Dark brown version of Ebeltofts usual design. Pours murky dark brown with small, bubbly white head. Disappears more or less leaving only small puddle of thin foam behind. No lacing.
Aroma is not particularly intense. Lemonade-ish sweetness. Tart sourness. Very light roast in the background.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively texture.
Flavor is rather sweet followed by a very moderate sour bitterness. Aftertaste is short and tart. Lingers shortly.
A bit thin. I miss a bit of fruit and roastiness.
