Copenhagen 9/5 2018. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Simple Green label with a little symbol of a sword in the center.
Pours hazy, yellow with a small white head. Settles as a thin, flimsy layer of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is sweet and fruity. Lightly fermented Pear and Peach. Prominent sour notes.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by and balanced by medium bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Finish semi-dry.
Well balanced, fruity Pilsner.
