Mosaic in the whirlpool and then dry hopped intensely with Mosaic. In this new batch we replaced a part of Mosaic T-90 pellets with Mosaic Cyro Hops for more pure Mosaic aroma.

Cloudy, whitish gold color. No lacing from the moderate head.

Very earthy smell. No tropical fruit like most NEIPA.

Harsher taste with a strong yeast bite. Boozy but flavorful. Good body and carbonation. Longer lasting aftertaste.

Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and strong citrus aromas of grapefruit and lime peel, as well as lighter tropical notes of mango. Taste is a good balance of light biscuity malt, quite zesty and tangy citrus notes of grapefruit and lime and lighter, slightly acidic tropical accents of mango and guava, with just a hint of grassy dankness also coming through. Finishes on a quite tangy and zesty note, with a very light bitterness and some citrus and lighter tropical notes lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

I recently had another single-hop Mosaic IPA by FrauGruber and it's fascinating how different these are from one another. The notes are quite similar, actually, but the balance is quite different, with this being a lot more zesty and citrus-forward than the one by FrauGruber, which was a lot heavier on the tropical notes, while this also complete lacks the piney accents of the latter and seems a bit danker. Certainly a very-well done and quite enjoyable IPA, but why do Fuerst Wiacek need to charge almost 40% more for their beers than FrauGruber, who are still the superior brewery? Seems like a rip-off to me, no points for value-for-money.

3d Review. At Beereau Berlin, to date the best EU beer pub room I have found. Near Brandenburg Gate. Reichstag.
a) Hazy, creamy, straw body spouting white lasting and lacing head.
s) grass, sun dried fruit and grass, herbs, pale malt.
t) fills the mouth with more, and more complexity, white pepper ending.
f) Bright, astringent, chalky, wine like.
o) Interesting texture, great.
All these European craft drafts are amazingly juicy, fresh, flavorful.

Hazy yellow color with off-white head. Aroma has sweet melon, meadow flowers and herbal infusion notes. Taste is sweet and floral at first, also fruity but not too intense, more bitter and herbal on the finish. Medium plus body with medium minus carbonation. Really easy drinking and well balanced.

Pours a bright yellow, entirely hazed color with a froth, medium sized head.

Offers a fruity nose, oranges, mango, passion fruit together with a light cucumber note and water melon piths. Got a light, lemony, herbal touch, enriching the fruit defined nose.

Has a soft, creamy medium carbonated, refreshingly hoppy body, offering actually a nice dryness during the finish.

Tastes of lime coated exotic fruits right away, amped up by a small dose of rock sugars and more prominent turning lime pulp. Turns sweeter and a little monotonous during mid palate, while its finish offers a nice orange accompanied dryness, which actually lasts longer than the fruits.

This doesnt push too far solely on the fruits but maintains a refreshing carbonation effervescence, together with a nice hop punch during finish. Very well made, exeptionally well balanced, in reminiscence to the ne ipa style
