Copenhagen 5/6 2020. 44 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Modernistic can with colorful geometric forms and what resembles a stylized drawing of a house with a cloud hanging on the rain gutter.

Pours hazy, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam unable to completely cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is intense with sweet malts, slightly fermented exotic fruit and citric notes. Caramel mingling with mango and papaya. Light decay. Grape fruit and lime.

Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undercurrent. Finish is dry with a touch of alcohol.

Boozy sweetness reminding me of a DIPA and with a solid bitter bite.

Pours a hazy, opaque, golden amber, peach coloration with a small, fizzy head that quickly dissipates to nothing. Smells of light biscuity malt and juicy tropical and ligher citrus hops, with notes of mango, passion fruit, pineapple and a hint of orange and light dankness. Taste is absolutely dominated by strong, juicy, slightly acidic tropical fruit notes of mango, passion fruit and pineapple, with a lighter and slightly zesty orange presence and light dankness as as well. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness, light hop bite and some tropical notes lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

Fürst Wiacek are canning again and while all their beer kinda tastes the same to me, they certainly make great NEIPAs, perhaps lacking the diversity of FrauGruber though. This is your typical tropical fruit salad NEIPA, quite juicy, but not too sweet due to a light acidity and decent bitterness, as well as a good hop bite in the finish.
