Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light, biscuity malt and citrus/tropical hops, with notes of grapefruit, orange, mango and passion fruit, as well as just a hint of grassy dankness. Taste is a good balance of light biscuity malt and citrus/tropical hops, with notes of grapefruit, tangerine, mango and passion fruit, as well as ligher, floral, dank and piney accents. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness and some citrus/tropical and dank notes lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
A rather nice NEIPA that's juicy and dank, with the typical citrus/tropical character for the style. The Amarillo hops are well-executed here, lending a very light floral accent to this that doesn't becoming too overpowering though, as is often the case with Amarillo and the reason that I'm not a huge fan of it. Does have a bit of that typical "orange blossom" feel to it, but the balance with Mosaic works rather well here.
