Pours a hazy, opaque, orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and quite juicy, tropical hops, with passion fruit standing out, as well as a certain herbal dankness. Taste is a great balance of light biscuity malt and quite vibrant, dank and juicy tropical and lighter citrus hops with strong notes of passion fruit and lighter mango and orange, as well as a distinct, herbal, spicy dankness. Finishes with a medium bitterness, light hop burn and some passion fruit and herbal dankness lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

When I first tasted this, I could just have sworn it has Galaxy in it, but it seems that Strata is living up to its reputation with an incredibly juicy and vibrant passion fruit presence, as well as a distinct herbal dankness, rounded out by some nice, zesty citrus notes here. Mouthfeel is rather nice for a German NEIPA as well, even though not quite there.
