Copenhagen 4/3 2025. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Brown version f Fuerst Wiacek's usual can design with a set of frightened eyes and surrendering hands in black.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with a sharp scent of citrus fruits. Sweet Peach and Orange. Sharp Grapefruit and Clementine. Tart.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
It might leave your toes intact - but it has a certain bitter bite.
